These Website Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of https://www.claro-mentor.com/ (the "Website"). The Website is operated by Connacation HR Ltd., Israeli company number 516063245, doing business as Claro Mentor ("Claro Mentor", "we", "us" or "our").
The Website provides information about Claro Mentor, its products and services, resources and ways to contact us or request a demonstration. Please read these Terms before using the Website. By using the Website, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please discontinue your use of the Website.
Website scope and product agreements
These Terms apply to the public Website and its informational features. Access to the Claro Mentor platform, registered accounts, assessments, AI coaching, integrations and paid services is subject to the terms and agreements applicable to those services. These Website Terms do not replace or amend a customer agreement, order form, data processing agreement or applicable product terms.
Requesting a demonstration or contacting us through the Website does not create a paid subscription or an obligation to purchase. Any subscription fees, payment terms, service commitments, cancellation rights or refunds will be addressed in the agreement applicable to the relevant service. Descriptions of features, demonstrations and customer examples on the Website do not amend that agreement
Permitted use
You may access the Website and use its publicly available materials for lawful personal or internal business informational purposes. You must have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms, and authority to act for an organization if you do so on its behalf.
You must not misuse the Website, submit false or misleading information, impersonate another person, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, upload malicious code, send spam, interfere with the Website, bypass security controls, or attempt to access systems or information without authorization.

When contacting us, requesting a demonstration or completing a Website form, please provide accurate information and only information you are entitled to share. Do not submit passwords, sensitive personal information or confidential information about other people through general Website contact forms.

Submitting an inquiry or accepting these Terms does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive marketing messages. Liability for the platform or contracted services is governed by the applicable service agreement and law.

Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Subject to mandatory applicable law, the competent courts in the Tel Aviv district, Israel, will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Website. This provision does not deprive you of any mandatory rights or forum protections available under applicable law.
