Smadar Tadmor, Founder & CEO
Smadar has spent more than 30 years on the people side of business: as an organizational consultant, as Global Head of HR at Delta Galil, and as Managing Partner at Metis Connaction Consulting. She has led change, mergers and leadership development in large global companies, and coached executives through all of it.
Across that work she kept seeing the same gap. Organizations measured skills and output, and missed what actually moves people. Claro is her answer: a way to give every person room to bring their full energy to work, without flattening them into a type.
