+ How much does Claro Mentor cost?
Claro Mentor is priced per user, per year: $80 for MyQuest and $110 for Team Navigator. Plans are billed annually, with a minimum of 50 users. Organizations on Team Navigator can add Org Compass, the organization-level view for leadership and HR, for a flat $5,000 per year.
+ Why is Org Compass a flat fee?
Because it serves leadership and HR, not each employee. It builds on the team layer, so it is available with Team Navigator. The view of your organization doesn't cost more because your organization is bigger.
+ MyQuest is a 12-week program. Why is it priced per year?
Because growth doesn't stop at week 12. When a quest ends, the employee starts a new one with a new development theme, built on their motivational drivers. The annual plan keeps that momentum going all year.
+ Why is there a 50-user minimum?
Every rollout includes onboarding and support from our team. Below 50 users, we can't give you the attention that makes adoption work.
+ What happens above 500 users?
From 500 users, per-user rates go down. We build the plan around your organization, and different groups can be on different plans.
+ Can we start with a pilot?
Yes, in two ways. A team pilot runs Team Navigator with up to three teams for three months, at $1,500 per team. A MyQuest Cohort runs one full 12-week quest for up to 30 employees, at $2,500. If you move to an annual plan within 30 days, the full fee is credited.
+ Do managers see what employees share?
No. Personal guidance stays private to the employee. Managers and HR see aggregated patterns only.
