Claro started with a pain we kept hearing.
The story behind Claro, and the people who built it.

Why Claro Exists
For years, we worked with organizations on every kind of challenge. Whatever the project, the same pain kept coming up: they were losing their best people. People felt unseen, and their work no longer let them bring their full passion to it.
So we asked a different question. What makes people want to stay and thrive?
We found two things. People need work that lights them up. When they're in flow, they perform at their best, enjoy it, and don't burn out. And they need an immediate environment that lets them grow: a manager who sees them as individuals, room to develop, and good relationships with their team.
Claro exists to make both visible, and to act on them every day.
The People Behind Claro
Claro was founded by a team that spent decades inside organizations, seeing up close what moves people and what doesn't. Together, they brought:
-
Decades of hands-on work in HR, organizational consulting, and change management, from both inside companies and alongside them
-
A proven methodology, the Motivational Drivers Discovery, developed and refined in real organizations
-
Technology that takes what worked person by person and scales it across entire organizations

The founding team
-
Smadar Tadmor, Founder & CEO. Organizational consultant and former Global Head of HR.
-
Shaul Ben Maor, Co-founder and first CTO. A software development and product leader with broad experience in technology leadership. Architected and built the Claro platform.
-
Ran Horodi, Co-founder. A senior organizational consultant with 30+ years of experience.
